We aim to deliver your favourite sarees, lehengas and non-bridal outfits safely and conveniently.

Orders will generally be processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during festivals, sales, or other busy periods.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the available tracking details through the contact information provided when placing your order.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number while placing an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, where applicable.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Elegant Threads will assist customers with tracking and delivery-related concerns. Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. A continuous, unedited courier-opening video showing the package and the issue is requested to help us verify the claim. Please retain the product and its original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. For verified issues, we will coordinate an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
